Traditional Southern Italian Cookies
Lightly sweet, tender, cake-like cookies with lemon-kissed, pastel glaze and colourful sprinkles. They are often called "little crochets" due to their knotted shape, symbolising unity.

A traditional French pastry that is part cake, part cookie.
Light and sponge-like on the inside, with delicately crisp, brown buttery edges dipped in a sweet lemon glaze. They are often referred to as cookies due to their size, sea-shell shape, and tea-time popularity.
